Is Louis Cairos free?
Yes. There are no purchases or paid play packages. Games use fictional Louis Credits with no monetary value. You cannot win cash or prizes of value, and credits cannot be transferred or redeemed.
Who is it for?
UK adults aged 18 or older. Guest sessions require an adult and UK declaration; registration also requires a valid date of birth and acceptance of the Terms and Privacy Policy. Please keep accounts and devices away from children.
Can I play without an account?
You can start an eligible guest session without providing an email address. Guest progress is tied to that browser session. Register from the same session to keep its balance in an account. Clearing the session cookie can discard guest access.
Do I need to confirm my email?
No email-confirmation step is required to start using an eligible account. Choose a strong, unique password of 12–72 characters and keep it safe. Email password recovery is currently unavailable.
How many credits do I start with?
100,000 fictional Louis Credits are issued once to a new eligible guest or member. Guest-to-member registration preserves the balance. Daily Delight offers a separate 5,000-credit allowance once per UTC day.
What if a game stops mid-round?
Allow it to reconnect and reconcile the pending round. The server record controls the final result and balance. Retrying the same authorised request should recover that result without applying a second play cost. If it remains unclear, contact Support with the game and approximate time.
Are there optional tracking cookies?
No advertising or analytics cookies are active. The essential lc_session cookie supports sign-in, guest play, security and your saved preferences. Review its details in the Cookie Policy and the separate Cookie Preference Centre.
How do I take a break?
Player Care provides immediate 1-, 7-, 30- and 180-day breaks for an active session or account. You must confirm that the selected period cannot be shortened. Account reminders can also help you keep track of session length.
