What this policy covers
This policy explains how Louis Cairos handles information when you browse, start a guest session, register, play or contact the concierge. Updated 2 November 2026. It applies to this product; other sites linked for independent Player Care guidance have their own policies. Privacy enquiries can be sent through Support.
Information you provide
Registration stores your screen name, email address, password hash, date of birth and acceptance of the current rules. We store a hash rather than a readable copy of your password. A guest session does not require an email address. Support requests contain your reply address, selected topic, message, request reference and any associated account identifier. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in your message.
Information created during use
The service stores session identifiers, eligibility declarations, fictional-credit balances, authorised rounds, credit activity, daily allowance claims, favourites, chosen ambience, calling-card emblem, reminder settings and active play breaks. These records allow the server to keep a consistent balance, prevent repeated awards and honour your settings. Security controls may use a short-lived hash derived from an IP address and request window to limit abusive submissions; rate-limit records are removed after they expire.
Why we use it
We use necessary data to provide accounts and guest play, secure sessions, validate eligibility, record rounds, respond to requests and apply player-care controls. Optional personalisation is limited to the settings you choose. We do not sell personal information, operate advertising profiles or activate third-party analytics on this service. We do not use account data to offer purchases or redeemable rewards.
Service providers and delivery
The application and its hosting and storage providers process information required for the service. Support requests are saved with a reference for review. Email delivery is currently unavailable. We disclose information only where needed to provide the service, protect security, respond to valid legal requirements or fulfil your request. External Player Care links are optional.
Retention and security
Session records expire after 30 days. Recovery tokens expire after 30 minutes and are invalidated after use or replacement. Support requests and captured transactional messages are scheduled for removal after 180 days. We retain account and credit records while an account remains active and as needed to resolve security or service issues. Backups may take additional time to expire. Access controls, hashed passwords, unpredictable session tokens and protected state-changing forms reduce risk, but no system can promise absolute security.
Your choices and UK rights
You can review account settings, change ambience, choose reminders and request account closure. Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law gives you rights to access, correct, erase or restrict information, object to certain processing and request portability. Use Support with the privacy topic; we may need proportionate information to establish that you control the relevant account. You can raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. A request does not automatically override a legal retention obligation or an active safety measure.
Cookies and children
The service is for UK adults 18+ and is not directed at children. Essential cookies keep sessions and security working; the Cookie Policy lists their purpose and duration. No optional analytics or advertising cookies are currently active. Open Cookie Preferences to review and save that state. If you believe a child has provided account information, contact the concierge so that the situation can be reviewed.
