Once per UTC day
Each eligible session or account can explicitly collect one allowance per UTC calendar day. Repeated submissions do not grant it again.

No monetary value. Cannot be purchased, transferred or redeemed. No prizes of value.
One shared balance
The server adds the allowance to the same fictional-credit balance used across games. A member can see the entry at the Grand Desk.
Come back on your terms
There is no penalty for missing a day. A play break takes priority, and no allowance creates an obligation to continue playing.
