Choose your way in
Browse game previews before starting a session. To play as a guest, confirm that you are 18 or older, in the United Kingdom and accept the play rules. Registration additionally asks for a screen name, date of birth, email and password. Email confirmation is not required. A guest who registers keeps the same fictional-credit balance.
Read the game rules
Open the selected game’s details and read the controls, available play levels and feature explanation. Games may use different layouts and bonus interactions. Choose a listed play level and check the displayed Louis Credit balance. Sound starts off and can be enabled deliberately. Reduced-motion settings are respected where supported.
Let the round finish
One authorised request starts a round. Inputs lock while the server result is being presented, then the game reveals the final symbols, matching wins and any feature step. Complete a required choice before starting another round. The server records the final balance; visual effects never create an extra award on their own.
If the connection drops
Wait for the game to reconnect and reconcile its pending request. Repeating an existing request identifier must recover the same result rather than authorise another round. If something still looks wrong, note the game and approximate time, then contact Support. Do not send passwords or repeatedly start fresh requests to recover a missing animation.
Keep a comfortable pace
