A clear invitation
These Terms govern your use of Louis Cairos, including guest play, member accounts, game previews and support tools. They take effect on 2 November 2026. Read them alongside the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Player Care guidance. By starting a guest session or creating an account, you confirm that you have read and accepted these rules. If you do not agree, do not begin play.
Who can play
Louis Cairos is intended for adults aged 18 or older who are in the United Kingdom. You must provide accurate eligibility information. Registration asks for your date of birth and a UK eligibility declaration. Guest access requires an explicit adult and UK declaration. Do not let a child use your account or device session. A session declaration is an access rule; it is not a claim that we have independently verified your identity.
Entertainment and fictional credits
Games use Louis Credits: fictional, non-transferable units with no monetary value. Credits cannot be purchased, sold, gifted, exchanged or redeemed. We offer no cash, goods, services or prizes of value for playing or holding credits. Creating an eligible new session or account provides 100,000 Louis Credits once. Converting a guest session to an account preserves its balance rather than granting a second welcome allowance. A daily free-credit allowance is available subject to its stated limits.
Your account and guest session
Choose an appropriate screen name and a strong, unique password. Keep your sign-in details private and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access. Email confirmation is not required to start using an eligible account. Keep your sign-in details safe. Email password recovery is currently unavailable. Guest progress belongs to the current browser session and may be lost if its cookie is removed; an account provides a way to sign in again. Do not create multiple identities to bypass a play break or abuse free allowances.
How rounds are handled
Game rules, available play levels and features are explained on the relevant game page. The server authorises rounds, determines outcomes and records changes to your virtual-credit balance. Repeating the same authorised request must not create an additional charge or award. If a connection is interrupted, allow the game to reconcile before starting another round. Do not assume an animation or sound indicates a final outcome; the confirmed server result controls the recorded credit activity. Social-game outcomes do not predict the outcomes of real-money gambling.
Fair use of the playhouse
Do not exploit software faults, automate abusive requests, interfere with other people, impersonate someone else, distribute malicious code or attempt to access another account. Do not send passwords, payment information or identity documents through support forms. We may restrict an account or session when necessary to investigate misuse, protect security or enforce eligibility. Fictional credits do not create a debt, a monetary claim or a right to compensation.
Art, games and availability
The Louis Cairos brand, original illustrations, site presentation and game materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Access allows personal entertainment use; it does not transfer ownership or permission to republish assets. Games, features and free allowances may change. We aim to maintain a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or compatibility with every browser. If a change affects an active round, the recorded round state and credit activity remain the basis for reconciliation.
Breaks and account closure
You can choose a session reminder and activate a 1-, 7-, 30- or 180-day break through Player Care. A confirmed break takes effect immediately, ends active sessions and cannot be shortened through the normal interface. Please do not create another account or guest session to evade it. Contact the concierge about account closure or data rights. Legal retention and security needs may mean some records are retained after closure, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
Your rights and contacting us
Nothing in these Terms removes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. We do not promise a particular credit outcome, uninterrupted availability or that social play will improve real-money gambling results. For questions, account assistance or a concern about these Terms, use the Support form. Keep the request reference shown after submission. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date and, where appropriate, communicated through the service.
